As you can tell, these motors are an upgraded version of the ZMX V2s. However, after taking a look at the specs it is clear that the V3s have far more torque. This is because they are able to handle bigger propellers since they are 2206 motors and not 2205 (hence giving added torque.)
There are 3 KV ratings. The 2140kv, 2300kv and the 2600kv. Each KV rating has its own specific function. The 2600kv motor is mean to help you fly in a straight line whilst the 2300kv/2140kv motors ups your quads performance.
What I like most about these motors (and indeed with the V2s too) is that they are light. They are under 20g each which frees up weight on your quad making the motors themselves very efficient.
I still prefer the purple colour of V2s – the V3s come in blue which isn’t my favourite. I guess this doesn’t really matter though! Anyways, I can’t wait to review these motors.
